I met my husband almost by accident while living in Hawaii with my parents. He was stationed there with the army and I was enjoying the sweet life of beach bummin' and running around barefoot. It didn't take long after our first encounter to fall in love, meet the fam, move to his next duty station in California and get married. Now we're living, post-Army life and planning our next adventure together.
This blog is my journey and experiences from pregnancy to baby, married life and anything in between.
A little more about me?
- I'm a tea junkie. and a craft beer connaisseur, and a wine-o. and a foodie.
- I LOVE owls. I have at least one thing "owl" in every room of the house. I also have a large tattoo on my right arm, it's my favorite piece and can't wait until i can get it finished.
- My guilty pleasures include but are not limited to: Cosmo, DIY network, funky socks and umbrella drinks.
- I adore cooking and trying new things. (part of why i love my hubby, he's as adventurous as I am)
- Tattoos are something i will never get sick of. I have 5 but am NO WHERE near finished.
- I was born near Maryland's eastern shore and yes, that does mean WE are Raven's fans in this house. football season (fall) is my favorite
- Halloween always has been and always will be my favorite holiday/season.
- My favorite outfit would be something with knee-high boots, funky leggings and my biker-chic leather jacket. Though sometimes i can be caught dressing a little more girly
- My wittle baby boy harley is a part of the family.. and im sure he's excited to be a big brother to little baby Haden!
